Xavi Rolling Wake-Ups

Wake-ups are when you are lying face up then stand up. Then you lie face down and stand up, switching positions after each stand. You’ll get short with chants of “AGAIN” coming from your kiddo. My little ones loved it!

Movement Tips

  • Wake Ups - Lie on your back and hold your little one against your chest. Safely roll over so you’re face down and still holding your toddler against your chest. Then climb to the knees and then stand upright. Go back down the same way and roll over onto your back and sit up with your little one against your chest still then stand up.
