12 Tempo Press at 45-degrees

12 Tempo Press at 20-degrees

Movement Tips

  • Tempo Presses - Hold kiddo around their chest right under their armpits and lay down on your back chest to chest. Push kiddo up, and then slowly lower them down to your chest. Tempo this as 3 seconds down and 1 second up.
  • In the first movement, have your elbows tucked at a 45 degree angle. This targets the chest more. In the second movement, tuck your elbows in closer to your torso at a 20 degree angle. This targets the triceps more.
